Wat Ubosatharam is a temple in Uthai Thani city on the river bank of Sakae Krang River. The temple can be seen from the Uthai Thani fresh market, which is across the Sakae Krang River. It’s worth crossing the river to visit the temple Wat Ubosatharam. Wat Ubosatharam was formerly know as ‘Wat Bot Manoron’ and was believed to have been built in the early Rattanakosin periode.
Inside you can still see some remaining damage of the flooding of 2011, but it’s still beautiful. On the wall inside and outside you can find ancient paintings of the Life of Buddha.
Wat Ubosatharam looks massive from the outside because of the bright white color it . It’s pretty impressive.
There is a new bot build next Wat Ubosatharam. It has the typical colors, the golden buddha statues and lovely carved doors.
