Moo tod kratiem

I love Moo Tod Kratiem! It’s such a simple yet so delicious dish. The crispy meat with the excessive amount of garlic is just great. Meat lovers should definitely give this a try.

Ingredients

  • 500 gr pork
  • six cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon thin soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon peper
  • a pinch of sugar replacement
  • cilantro
  • roasted garlic

Preparations

  1. Slice the pork and put it into a bowl.
  2. Crush the garlic.
  3. Add all the ingredients but fried garlic to the bowl and stir it.
  4. Cover and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Preparation method

  1. Heat plenty oil in a wok.
  2. When the oil is hot fry the marinated pork until golden brown.
  3. Place the pork on paper towels to absorb the oil.
  4. Serve the fried pork with fried garlic and cilantro.
