Khai jeaw moo sap is a traditional Thai side dish. It’s very easy to make and it’s delicious

Ingredients

*50 gr minced pork *3 eggs *1 tablespoon fish sauce

Preperations

  1. Stir fry the minced pork and set aside to cool
  2. Mix eggs and fish sauce and add cooled minced pork

Preperation Methode

  1. Heat plenty oil/lard to a wok or pan.
  2. Add the egg mix and let it bake until it has a golden-brown crust.
  3. Flip your egg and let it bake until the other side is golden brown as well.
