Khai jeaw moo sap
Khai jeaw moo sap is a traditional Thai side dish. It’s very easy to make and it’s delicious
Ingredients
*50 gr minced pork *3 eggs *1 tablespoon fish sauce
Preperations
- Stir fry the minced pork and set aside to cool
- Mix eggs and fish sauce and add cooled minced pork
Preperation Methode
- Heat plenty oil/lard to a wok or pan.
- Add the egg mix and let it bake until it has a golden-brown crust.
- Flip your egg and let it bake until the other side is golden brown as well.
